Based in Sydney, Australia, I have over 10 years of experience as a designer. I have worn many hats, taking ideas from concept through to completion, and have delivered successful initiatives and projects with clients such as Funlab, InvoCare Funerals and Cadbury UK.

The Cadbury Worldwide Hide in 2021 was a project borne of the COVID pandemic, in that we were unsure if people would be able to meet their families and give or hide chocolate eggs for them.
I was the UX designer on the project for 3-4 months, designing the end-to-end journey, working with the client to finesse the experience at each step from discovery through to delivery, alongside my UX director.
Outcome
My role was to assist with the rolling out a new design system to other brands, while also considering ways to improve the UX.
I ran usability testing, used data to pinpoint opportunities and implemented a series of changes on one brand. These were so successful that they were later implemented across the suite of brands because they improved conversion and also targetted an untapped opportunity – expanding the content and onward pathways of the website.
